Recent years have demonstrated that today’s and tomorrow’s world champion paddlers start young. With the release of the Ninja Kaido NSP now offers world class performance produced with a durable and affordable construction technology to make competitive boards more accessible than ever before to give tomorrow’s champions the best start.

The Ninja 12’6 shares proven race winning DNA with the 14’ Ninja. Designer Alain Teurquetil and the race team focused on the core principles of speed and versatility of the 14’ to create the lower volume 12’6 version to allow smaller and lighter riders to reach their full potential.

The two 12’6 Kaido models have the same rocker as the full-size version but benefits from a refined nose area along with a flat deck, as opposed to the recessed deck in the full-size Ninjas for maximum usability.

Like the full-size version, the 12’6 Kaido model is predominantly a flat-water racer that excels in chop and small bumps. The Ninja shapes are about efficiency and conserving energy, allowing their riders to paddle faster consistently, right up to the finish line.

30-50kg riders are going to set personal bests with these junior models and they are perfect for markets with a strong club presence.

Why does the dimensions table say EST under “Weight”?

“EST” is short for “Estimated Weight”. Since all NSP Ninja Kaido SLX Carbon raceboards are hand-shaped to detail by our shapers, weight varies from one board to another within a certain variance. So to calculate a true average weight, NSP reserves the right to manufacture a certain number of boards before publishing the official (average-based) weight.
